菓子類（かしるい）とは、砂糖を主要成分とする甘い食べ物の総称です。キャンディ、チョコレート、ケーキ、クッキーなど、食事ではなく嗜好品として楽しむ甘い製品を指します。製造・販売する業界は製菓業と呼ばれます。
