語源
exportation は export + -ation で、ラテン語 exportare「外へ運ぶ」にさかのぼる。ex-「外へ」+ portare「運ぶ」から成り、portable や transport も同根。だから「輸出」は、品物を国の外へ運び出す動作そのものが語の芯にある。
