男性は女性より優れている、または男性には女性より多くの権力や機会が与えられるべきだと考える人を指す、強い批判を含む名詞。male chauvinist ともいう。
A person, typically a man, who believes that men are superior to women or should have greater power and opportunities. The term is strongly disapproving and also appears as male chauvinist.
