commercially は commercial「商業の」＋ -ly「…に」で、「商業的に」という意味です。commercial はフランス語経由でラテン語 commercium「取引」にさかのぼり、com-「共に」＋ merx「商品」から成るため、commerce や merchant と結びつけると意味の芯がつかめます。
Commercially comes from commercial plus the adverb ending -ly. Commercial goes back through French to Latin commercium, meaning trade or exchange, built from com- "together" and merx "goods, merchandise."
