テープやビデオを元の位置に戻す、または元に戻す。巻き戻しのメカニズムで逆方向に動かすことを指します。
Rewinds means moves something back to an earlier point, especially tape, film, audio, or video. It is used when returning to the beginning or to a previous part to watch, listen, or check again.
