グリコシル化は、タンパク質や脂質の分子に糖類を付加させるプロセスです。この化学反応は細胞内で自動的に起こり、タンパク質の機能や安定性に重要な役割を果たします。糖類が結合することで、タンパク質は正しく折りたたまれたり、細胞間で認識されたりするようになります。
