遺伝子発現の解析に用いられる分子生物学的な研究装置。数千の遺伝子を同時に検査できる技術。
Microarrays are small laboratory devices that contain many tiny spots of biological material, such as DNA, on a surface. Scientists use them to study large numbers of genes or samples at the same time, so the word is mainly used in biology and medical research.
