解説 Definition
血液が固まりにくい状態にすること、またはそのために行う治療や管理を指す医学用語。血栓の形成を防ぐ目的で、薬剤などを用いて血液の凝固を抑える処置や、その継続的な管理について述べるときに使われる。
The process of preventing blood from clotting too easily. It is mainly used in medicine for treatment with drugs that reduce clotting and help prevent dangerous blood clots. Doctors often use this term when discussing heart conditions, stroke risk, or surgery.
