ある行動や事柄に対して気が進まない、またはやる気がない状態。気が乗らない、不本意であることを示す。
If you are disinclined to do something, you do not want to do it or do not feel willing to do it. It is a more formal way to say that you are not eager or not interested. It often shows mild reluctance rather than a strong refusal.

まず inclined to do で「〜する気がある、〜するほうだ」を先に覚えるとよいです。disinclined はその前に dis- が付いて、気持ちがその行動の方向へ向いていない状態。強く拒否するというより、reluctant に近い「乗り気でない」「できれば避けたい」感じです。I’m disinclined to go. のように to 不定詞と一緒に覚えると実戦的で、inclined / disinclined を対で見ると定着します。
Learn it as the opposite of `inclined to`, which means likely or willing to do something. With `dis-`, the feeling turns negative: your mind does not lean in that direction. It is softer than a strong refusal, so connect it with `reluctant`, as in `disinclined to go`.
