ラズベリーとは、バラ科キイチゴ属の植物およびその果実であり、赤・黒・紫・黄色などの品種がある。甘酸っぱい風味が特徴で、生食のほかジャム・デザート・飲料などに広く使われる果物である。また、口でブーブーと音を立てる「ラズベリー（あざけりの仕草）」の意味でも使われることがある。
