解説 Definition
動物の尾に関する、または解剖学で尾の方向・尾に近い側を表す形容詞。魚の尾びれや尾椎のように尾そのものに関わる語としても、脳幹の尾側領域のように頭側に対する位置関係を示す語としても使われる。医学・生物学でよく用いられる。
