物質やシステムがエネルギーを変換・利用する仕組みを研究する学問。生物システムから化学反応まで、様々な現象におけるエネルギーの流れと変換を分析する。
Energetics is the study of energy, especially how it is produced, transferred, and used in physical, chemical, or biological systems. The term appears in science and engineering contexts. It is more technical than the general word energy.
