juice は、果物や野菜の汁、ジュースという意味です。日本語では甘い飲み物全般を「ジュース」と呼ぶことがありますが、英語ではふつう果汁や野菜汁を指します。
Juice is the liquid naturally contained in fruit or vegetables, especially when extracted and drunk as a beverage. Unlike the broader Japanese use of ジュース, the English word does not normally refer to every sweet or carbonated soft drink.
