non- は「〜でない」の定番接頭辞。まず disclosure を「開示・公開」として覚えておけば、non-disclosure はそのまま「非開示」と取れる。実際によく出るのは disclose information / full disclosure に対する nondisclosure of information という対比。法務・ビジネスでは NDA と並んで見かけるが、NDA は秘密保持契約という文書名、nondisclosure は「明かさないこと」自体。confidentiality が「機密である性質」寄りなのに対し、こちらは行為・方針寄りと押さえると定着しやすい。
