亜寒帯は極地と温帯地域の間にある気候帯です。冷たい長い冬と短い夏を特徴とします。
The subarctic is the region just below the Arctic, where the climate is very cold but not as extreme as in the far north. It is used in geography and climate discussion. This area usually has long winters and short, cool summers.
