サーフェスド（浮上した）とは、水面や地面の下にあったものが表面に出てきた状態、または隠れていた事実や問題が明らかになった状態を表す形容詞・動詞の過去形である。潜水艦や海の生き物が水面に出てくる動作にも使われる。比喩的には、噂や情報が世間に知れ渡ることも指す。
Surfaced means came up to a physical surface or became visible, known, or available after being hidden. It is used of submarines and animals emerging from water, as well as evidence, complaints, rumors, or problems becoming public.
