解説 Definition
truthfully は、うそやごまかしをせず、本当のことをそのまま述べる様子を表す副詞です。人の発言や説明、気持ちの表明などについて、誠実に事実を伝えることを示します。文頭で「正直に言えば」のようにも使われます。
Truthfully means in an honest and accurate way, without trying to hide or change the facts. It is used when someone speaks or writes sincerely about what is real or what they really think. It can also be used to emphasize personal honesty.
