un- が付くと「反対・ない」になり、guided は guide「案内する」の形なので、unguided はそのまま「案内されていない」と分解すると覚えやすいです。guided tour の反対側にある語と考えると定着します。missile や tour で unguided と出れば「誘導なし」「ガイドなし」。人にも計画にも使え、an unguided discussion なら「司会や方針がなく、話が自然任せに進む感じ」。uncontrolled と近いですが、unguided は特に「導く人・方向づけ」がない点が中心です。self-guided と対比すると意味がよりはっきりします。
