ビスケットとは、小麦粉・砂糖・バターなどを主原料とした焼き菓子の一種である。イギリス英語では薄くてサクサクしたクッキー状のものを指し、アメリカ英語では柔らかいパン状のものを指すことが多い。日本では主にイギリス式の意味で使われることが多い。
