上司、ボス
解説 Definition
会社や組織で人をまとめ、仕事の指示や判断をする立場の人を指す語です。職場での「上司」の意味で最もよく使われ、会話では親しみをこめて「ボス」と呼ぶこともあります。必ずしも社長級とは限らず、自分の部署やチームの責任者について言う場合もあります。
