「inkling」は、はっきり証拠がないままに何かがありそうだとぼんやり感じる予感をさします。確証はないものの、直感や雰囲気、出来事の微妙な変化によって心のどこかに浮かぶ気づきです。確かな情報ではないものの、その感覚をきっかけに慎重になるような状況で使われます。
