フランス語 réalisable に由来し、英語では realize「現実のものにする」に -able「〜できる」が付いた形です。realize は後期ラテン語 realis「実在の」←ラテン語 res「物・事」にさかのぼり、real や reality と同根なので、『現実にできる』から『実現可能な』になります。
