解説 Definition
働きや責任に見合うだけの給料を十分に支払われていない状態を指します。単に給料が低いだけでなく、本来受け取るべき報酬より少ないという不公平さを含むことが多いです。underpaid workers のように、人や職種が薄給であることを表します。
