不動産を賃借人として一定期間借りる権利。建物や土地を所有せず、使用する権利のみを持つ契約。
Leasehold is the legal right to use or live in property for a fixed period under a lease. It is common in law and real-estate contexts. Unlike full ownership, it usually lasts only for the length of the agreement.
