解説 Definition
ココナッツを主原料とした焼き菓子。卵白、砂糖、ココナッツフレークで作られるドーム形のクッキー。フランスのマカロンとは異なる。
A macaroon is a small sweet cookie, often made with coconut, egg white, and sugar. It is usually soft or slightly chewy. Be careful not to confuse it with a macaron, which is a different French sandwich cookie.
