解説 Definition
アメリカンフットボールで、キックやパントなどの後にボールが相手側のエンドゾーン内でデッドとなり、リターンされずに攻撃権が与えられる処理を指します。再開位置はプレーの種類や時期のNFLルールによって異なるため、一律に20ヤードラインとは限りません。セーフティとは異なり、得点にはなりません。
