fitness は、病気がないというだけでなく、運動や活動に十分耐えられる健康状態や体力を表す名詞です。運動習慣やトレーニング、健康管理の話でよく使われます。適性という意味ではなく、日常会話では体の調子や運動能力の良さを指すことが多いです。
