解説 Definition
fondue は、チーズやチョコレートなどを温めて溶かし、パンや果物などをつけて食べる料理を指します。日本語の「フォンデュ」とほぼ同じ意味ですが、英語では料理名として具体的な種類と一緒に cheese fondue のようによく使われます。
