解説 Definition
Hansard は、英国やカナダなどの議会討論や発言の公式記録を指します。「議事録」と訳されますが、特に議会の発言記録を表す語です。
The official published record of debates and speeches in a parliament, especially in the United Kingdom and several Commonwealth countries. The name is often capitalized as Hansard.

Hansard is an eponym derived from the surname of the Hansard family, notably Luke Hansard and his descendants, who printed and published records connected with the British Parliament. The family name became so closely associated with parliamentary reporting that it developed into the established title for the official report of debates. It is therefore not formed from productive English prefixes or suffixes.
