海に接していない内陸の地域や国を指す形容詞です。地理的に陸地に囲まれている状態を表し、海への出口がないために通常、海運での貿易が困難です。
Landlocked means surrounded by land and having no direct access to the sea. It is most often used to describe countries, but it can also describe lakes or areas cut off from the ocean.
