人や組織が受け持つこと、考えること、扱うことのできる範囲を表します。どこまでがその人や組織の担当や関わりの中に入るか、という領域を指します。
Purview means the range or area that a person, group, or organization is responsible for or allowed to deal with. It shows what falls inside someone's field of concern or authority.
