reflected は reflect に -ed が付いた形で、reflect は古フランス語 reflecter を経てラテン語 reflectere「後ろへ曲げる」に由来します。re-「後ろへ」+ flect「曲げる」から「跳ね返す・映す」となり、「反映された」はその結果を表します。flexible, reflex が同根です。
