独裁者（どくさいしゃ）とは、権力を一身に集中させて、独断的に支配する人を指します。民主的でない統治を行う支配者のことです。
A dictator is a ruler who has complete power over a country and does not allow real political freedom. The word is usually used in politics and history. It often has a strongly negative meaning because dictators control people by force.
