漁師とは、川や海に出て魚や貝などの水産物を捕る仕事に従事する人です。季節や漁場の状況に応じて道具や漁法を使い分け、安全に大量に獲れるタイミングを見極めます。獲った魚を市場へ運ぶ前に分別や下処理を行うことも多いです。
