後見
解説 Definition
後見とは、未成年者や判断能力が十分でない人の財産や生活を法律で保護し、支援する制度です。後見人は本人の利益を最優先に判断や管理を行う責任を負います。家庭裁判所が審判で後見を開始し、本人の状況に応じて関与の範囲を定めます。
