解説 Definition
人が社会生活の中で外向けに見せる人格や役割、いわば「表の顔」を指す語。心理学では本来の自我とは区別される社会的仮面の意味で使われ、文学や日常表現では見せかけの人物像や演じているキャラクターも表す。
A persona is the character or image that a person shows to other people. It may be different from their true personality, especially in public life, art, or online spaces. The word is often used when someone carefully presents a certain kind of self.
