A sharer is a person who shares things with other people. This can mean sharing objects, feelings, ideas, information, or responsibility. In modern use, it can also describe someone who often reposts or spreads content online.

share を知っていればかなり覚えやすい語。動詞 share「分け合う・共有する」に、人を表す -er が付いて「共有する人」。teacher, writer, speaker と同じ作りなので、語尾を見た瞬間に「その動作をする人」と取れる。SNS なら写真や情報をどんどん共有する人、職場なら ideas や files を惜しまず回す人を思い浮かべると定着しやすい。shareholder は「株主」で、sharer とは別語なので混同注意。
This is an easy build: `share` + `-er`, the same pattern as `writer` or `speaker`. So a `sharer` is simply a person who shares. Be careful not to mix it up with `shareholder`, which is a completely different word.

sharer の語源・成り立ち Etymology
sharerはshare + -erで、shareは古英語scearu「切り分けられた分け前」にさかのぼります。もともと「切って分けた取り分」だから、共有するとは単に持つのでなく、取り分を互いに分かち合うことです。shearやshardが同じ切る根を持ちます。
Sharer is formed from share and the agent ending -er. Share goes back to Old English scearu, meaning a cut or allotted portion, so the original idea was a part cut off for someone. From that sense, the word developed into the idea of dividing something among people. It is related to shear and shard, which come from the same old root of cutting.
