何かが止まったり行き詰まったりした状態を抜け出し、再び動いたり前に進んだりできるようになったさまを表す形容詞です。物がくっついて離れない状態から外れた、という物理的な意味で使われることもあります。
No longer stuck, blocked, or unable to move forward. It can describe something physical that has come free, or a problem or process that has started making progress again.
