解説 Definition
呼吸するときにゼーゼー、ヒューヒューという音がする様子や、息苦しそうな状態を表す形容詞。単に運動後で息が荒いというより、喘息や気道の不調などで胸の音を伴って苦しそうに呼吸している場面でよく使う。人にも呼吸音にも使える。
Wheezy means breathing with a high, whistling sound, often because the airways are partly blocked. It can also describe a voice or sound that seems weak, breathy, or strained.
