Remember it as part of a set: `Talmud`, `Mishnah`, `Gemara`. The easiest way is to think of the Mishnah as the base text and the Gemara as the layer of discussion and interpretation around it. Keep it away from similar-looking words like `grammar`, because they are unrelated.
