ある行動や行為をするように人を促す理由や動機、または報酬を与えることです。特に業績の向上や努力を促すために何かを報酬として提供することを意味します。
An inducement is something offered to persuade someone to do something. It can be money, a benefit, or some other advantage, and it is often used in business, legal, or formal contexts. It is similar to incentive, but slightly more formal.
