affected には態度が「わざとらしい、気取った」という意味があり、否定の un- が付くと「気取らない、自然な」となる。an unaffected manner「気取らない態度」や unaffected warmth「飾らない温かさ」のように、人柄・話し方・文章などを褒める場面で使う。ここでは「影響を受けていない」の意味ではない。
