解説 Definition
yoga は「ヨガ」という意味で、呼吸、姿勢、集中を組み合わせた運動や心身の練習を指します。日本語の「ヨガ」とほぼ同じですが、英語では exercise や class と一緒に使われることが多いです。
Yoga is a system of physical postures, controlled breathing, and mental concentration practiced for exercise, relaxation, or spiritual development. In ordinary English, it is usually treated as an uncountable noun.
