贈収賄とは、公務員や権力者に対して不正な利益を渡したり受け取ったりする行為で、職務上の便宜を図ることを目的とした汚職犯罪です。社会の公正性や信頼を損なう重大な不正行為とされています。多くの国で厳しく取り締まられている犯罪です。
