政治的または軍事的な紛争においてどちらの側にも与しない状態を指します。国家が二つの対立する勢力の間で公平な立場を保つことを意味します。
Neutrality is the state of not supporting either side in a conflict, argument, or competition. It can also mean being fair and not showing personal preference. This word is common in politics, law, and formal discussions.
