協定（きょうてい）とは、二つ以上の国や団体が約束して、一緒に守ることにした取り決めのことです。国同士の合意を表します。
A pact is a formal agreement between two or more people, groups, or countries. It is often used in political, business, or serious personal contexts. The word suggests that both sides have clearly accepted the same promise or plan.
