被害妄想、パラノイア
解説 Definition
根拠が十分でないのに、他人に監視されている、だまされている、危害を加えられるなどと強く信じ込む心理状態や妄想を指す。精神医学では症状名として使われるほか、日常会話では過度の疑念や不信感をやや誇張して表すこともある。
